Think twice before going with Dunster House. Maybe think five times.

We had an office installed. Spared no expense and It's awesome looking. Really, really great. Unfortunately, it's all cosmetic.

The main problem is the foundation. They tell you that Rapid Pads are a great alternative to laying concrete and they install them "professionally" when building your house or office. What they don't tell you is that with the weight of your house/office and use of timber that (and I quote) "splits and cracks are PROBABLE after installation which may result in the need for adjustment and repair". Also, "unless I checked the suitability of the ground prior to installation then these may IN THE LONG RUN be unsuitable for my site." Seriously? It's ground, it's flat, it's hard, it's not sand. To what extent are we expected to "check it"? We have cracks in the plastered ceiling and the warps along the walls.

Okay, so you may be thinking... well fair enough, at least they warned you ahead of time and you decided to go ahead anyway. Umm.. No. They inform you of this as your signing the COMPLETION CERTIFICATE. Construction is done, you're looking at how pretty it is and then they let you know it could all fall apart because of their cruddy foundation AND any damage or adjustments are YOUR responsibility and you will be charged by Dunster House for repairs and fixes.

Additionally, the roofing is completely inadequate. Our office was built in August 2014 and today I am sitting in the dark with the lights out because the roof is leaking. You know... right next to the installed halogen lights. I climbed on the roof and started laying tarps and have a proper roofer on the way within the hour.

    Please consider other alternatives. Please.
